Our sample sale gowns are final sale only. We cannot accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please carefully review your measurements to ensure an ideal fit before purchase, as all sales are final.

Availability: Sample gowns are available for online sale only and ship from Sydney, Australia. Once a sample is sold, it cannot be reordered.

Sizing: Sizes vary by sample, and measurements are noted on each listing. As they are ex-floor samples, slight variations from original sizing may occur. Each gown has approximately 6-7cm of seam allowance to be let out

Color: Due to lighting and display differences, the color of the gown in images may appear slightly different from its actual shade.

Condition: Sample gown conditions are reflected in the discounted price, and any noticeable faults will be described in the listing. We recommend dry cleaning your gown before wear.

Alterations: Alterations may be needed to tailor the gown to your desired fit. Alteration costs are not included in the gown price, and we do not provide alteration services for sample gowns.

Shipping: Shipping fees apply, but exclude any local customs taxes that may apply. Orders will dispatch within 7-10 business days. International orders are shipped via DHL, while AU and NZ orders are dispatched via Australia Post.
