Our sample sale gowns are final sale only. We cannot accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please carefully review your measurements to ensure an ideal fit before purchase, as all sales are final.

Availability: Sample gowns are available for online sale only and ship from Sydney, Australia. Once a sample is sold, it cannot be reordered.

Sizing: Sizes vary by sample, and measurements are noted on each listing. As they are ex-floor samples, slight variations from original sizing may occur. Each gown can be let out by about 5cm.

Color: Due to lighting and display differences, the color of the gown in images may appear slightly different from its actual shade.

Condition: Sample gown conditions are reflected in the discounted price, and any noticeable faults will be described in the listing. We recommend dry cleaning your gown before wear.

Alterations: Alterations may be needed to tailor the gown to your desired fit. Alteration costs are not included in the gown price, and we do not provide alteration services for sample gowns.

Shipping: Shipping fees apply to all online orders. Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days via Australia Post, DHL, or an alternative trusted courier service. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on destination and customs processing times.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
